The aim of the meeting was to have an open discussion on specific proposals made in recent months by civil society on relations between Switzerland and the EU. President Ignazio Cassis regularly holds exchanges with actors from the economic and scientific communities and organisations interested in the Europe dossier.
Following an initial meeting on 15 November, he today brought representatives from these various groups together around the same table to continue the exchanges on relations between Switzerland and the EU.At this latest meeting, participants had an opportunity to share their views on a number of specific proposals developed within civil society in recent months.
